Konnektus Team is looking for an enthousiastic Sr. Mechanical Equipment Engineer to join our clients team in Rotterdam Area. As Senior Mechanical Equipment Engineer, you are responsible for developing and engineering mechanical equipment solutions that contribute to project success and long-term operational performance.

Function
- Develop and optimize mechanical equipment designs in compliance with international codes and industry standards;
- Plan and deliver engineering activities within agreed timelines and budgets;
- Manage vendors, subcontractors, and third parties to ensure technical and contractual alignment;
- Lead package engineering activities, including design, procurement, manufacturing, and commissioning support;
- Provide technical leadership within assigned scope and potentially act as Discipline Lead.
Requirements
- Engineering degree in a relevant discipline;
- 5–10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry;
- Strong expertise in mechanical static equipment and detailed design;
- Experience with inspection, testing, commissioning, and package engineering;
- Proficiency in engineering tools, analysis, planning, and systems engineering.
