Introduction
As an Electrical Engineer, you ensure assigned engineering activities are executed with a high degree of understanding of Electrical power generation/ distribution systems and electrical equipment.
Function
– Ensure assigned engineering activities are executed with a high degree of understanding of Electrical power generation/distribution systems and electrical equipment;
– Assisting team members to execute assessments and studies in the field of Electrical Engineering with basic design, prior data sheets & prior material requests for long lead items;
– Communicate with technology providers, vendors, and third-party consultants to ensure timely review of high-level proposal documents;
– Sizing calculations for power cables, transformer, UPS, battery Chargers, etc.;
– Electrical interconnection diagrams;
– Prior material take-off;
– Experience with international codes and standards such as IEC, API, IS, IP, DNV, etc..

Requirements
– Electrical engineering degree;
– At least 5 years of relevant experience as an electrical engineer in design for Offshore facilities;
– Software competencies: ETAP;
– Affinity with new technologies like Offshore wind, energy storage, etc.;
– Strong analytical skills and communication skills.
