Crewing Coordinator

Functie

– Coordinate and execute the pre-selection and recruitment process of the offshore personnel;
– Develop, maintain and improve manning pools and solving crewing issues;
– Scheduling crew within financial and FTE crewing budget per project;
– Ensuring that all the crew is qualified and trained according to the defined crewing and company policy and procedures;
– Keep adequate crew planning, based on short term and long term planning;
– Implement the Offshore Personnel Procedures of the company’s Management System;
– Monitor available crew and schedule deployment, anticipate future company’s need for recruitment.

Functie-eisen

– Bachelor degree in Ship Management, HR or equivalent qualifications;
– Minimum 5 year’s experience as Crewing Manager in an offshore or marine environment;
– Excellent knowledge of regulations, flag state requirements, social security and labour acts related to maritime employments;
– Knowledge of applicable items such as Contract Management, QHSE, Financial and administration management, Procurement and Logistics;
– Strong communication skills in Dutch and English;
