Konnektus team is looking for a Logistics Coordinator for our client located in Rotterdam Area. Are you a logistics professional who enjoys working in a complex, international project environment? For a leading global player in the energy sector, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator who can ensure critical equipment and materials are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Function
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics activities to support international projects and operations;
- Arrange and optimize transportation methods while balancing cost efficiency and delivery deadlines;
- Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and vendors to ensure timely and correct deliveries;
- Maintain accurate delivery forecasts and update shipment status in the ERP system;
- Identify and resolve logistical challenges proactively and ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field;
- Experience in logistics coordination within oil & gas, offshore, maritime, or heavy industry;
- Knowledge of international transportation methods, shipping procedures, and regulations;
- Experience working with ERP systems and managing multiple shipments simultaneously;
- Strong understanding of logistics processes within a project-driven environment.
