Konnekus team is looking for an Instrumentation and Controls Lead Engineer for a big international client in Randstad. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality engineering within your discipline, ensuring technical excellence, compliance, and on-time project delivery.

Function
- Lead the Instrumentation & Controls scope, ensuring compliance with international codes, company, and industry standards;
- Plan and deliver discipline activities within agreed timelines and budgets;
- Define and manage resource requirements within your discipline;
- Manage interfaces with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies;
- Capture lessons learned and assess change impacts across project boundaries.
Requirements
- Engineering degree in a relevant discipline;
- 10–15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry;
- Strong expertise in ICSS and Instrumentation;
- Experience with detailed design, systems engineering, and package engineering;
- Proficient in engineering tools, analysis, and planning.
