Introduction
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer to join our operations team!
Function
- Provide technical support for electrical and instrumentation systems, including power distribution, control systems, and field instrumentation
- Perform troubleshooting, fault-finding, and root cause analysis on offshore E&I equipment
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards (IEC, ATEX, API, etc.) and company policies
- Prepare and review technical documentation such as specifications, drawings, and reports
- Support the execution of modifications, upgrades, and new installations on offshore assets
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality project delivery
- Contribute to preventive and corrective maintenance planning
- Promote and maintain a strong culture of health, safety, and environmental awareness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 –8 years of relevant experience in the offshore oil & gas, energy, or maritime industry
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems used in offshore environments
- Familiarity with hazardous area equipment and standards (ATEX/IECEx)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities in a multicultural environment
